I can not believe this weekend is over so soon! With the weeks activities being increasingly demanding, it's time to plan the week ahead. Oh who am I kidding, I going to wing it. What I will plan is making sure I get in at least 4 runs in and I am starting a Thursday yoga class.
As for nutrition, I am going to increase my water intake to a gallon a day,this means a lot of bathroom time.That's okay,it give me time to plan what color I am going to paint the bathroom. I am giving up white flour and sugar (ugh,I do love bread!). I have put my car on restriction, I have opted to walk or ride my bike when I need to errands in town. This is working, except for the above plan to increase my water intake.
I will be making three new recipes this week, and my deadline for the paper is on the 22nd. I have an appointment for our business on Tuesday and Wednesday is dedicated to calls. Thursday is training on the direct soft PLC and the tree cutter will be here, thus the working from home. And what starts this week? Tomorrow is the Lancaster sewage plant. Someday I shall be queen of the waste water treatment plants!
Ah the life of glamour, I wouldn't trade it for anything!
