Monday

2 weeks until my 5k and trying yo find the motivation to get up and run. Who's idea was it to cut back on coffee?......Oh yeah, mine. Busy week ahead and not a lot of motivation. Perhaps I should rethink this coffee issue. Plan this morning is to yoga then run, and then in the afterglow of my great exercise high, I shall be triumphant in my endeavors of the day. I have found some wonderful podcast that are mp3 friendly for running, I think I will give that a try and see if I get my gremlin engine going.

I am Back!

After a long, long, long sabbatical I am back! Hmmmm wait, sabbatical sounds to restful. After a long, long, long, manic adventure in life, I am back! Too dramatic? Well you get the picture.
In the time I have been gone, We have moved, bought a house, moved into the house, and increased our work load. It has been a flurry of activities; but I think things have settled down a bit and I can get back into the fitness and healthy living goals I loftily set for myself and of course Mikey!
I have decided to add a few new things to this blog and also my website. I do want to continue to find natural and inexpensive health and beauty recipes you can find in your home. ( Or if your neighbor's house if theyare out of town. ) But I would also like to add more recipes and less daily eating habits. I think this will help me to stay focu............ What was I saying? Anyway, I am back!
